01 / The situation

Your alarm system doesn't clock out when you do.

The stress response was built for thirty seconds of danger. Your people run it for twelve-hour shifts, then take it home. Untrained, it compounds — in a person first, then in a crew, then in the numbers you answer for.

05:40

Up before the alarm. The day is already running.

09:15

The call. The dock. The meeting that goes sideways.

14:00

Replaying it. The body still thinks it's 09:15.

19:30

Home, still running hot. Short with the people who matter.

02:10

Awake. The next shift starts in four hours.

02 / Who's teaching

A SEAL officer with a PhD in how people perform under stress.

Dr. Ed Naggiar spent twenty years as a U.S. Navy SEAL officer and served as a human test subject at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit, studying the limits of the body in and out of the water. He has taught resilience to drilling crews, correctional officers, SWAT teams, firefighters, Fortune 500 executives and incarcerated men working through addiction. The method on this site is the one he teaches in the room.

Every operator has a zone where stress sharpens them instead of flattening them. This week: find yours before the call comes in. Two questions, five minutes each.

Froze on a call last night. Never happened before.
You didn't freeze. You hit the top of your zone. Walk me through the thirty seconds before the tones — what was your body already doing?
Hadn't eaten since noon. Third call of the shift.
That's the physical pillar, not a character flaw. Let's build the quad chart for it.

04 / How it rolls out

From signature to first live session in a month.

Train

Weekly thread, the coach around the clock, the first live session with Dr. Naggiar. Quarterly readout, as counts.

Nothing on your network.

No install, no integration, nothing for IT to approve. A web link that works on a phone.

Counts, never names.

Leadership sees participation and progress as numbers. Nobody's answers, nobody's conversations.

Nothing in a personnel file.

The coach's conversations stay with the member. Confidentiality is a rule of engagement, not a setting.

05 / The method

Four pillars. One perishable skill.

Fifteen percent physical, eighty-five percent psychological. Trained in order, retrained every week.

15% physical85% psychological

The science is the stress response itself — stimulus and response, the amygdala and the hypothalamus, what cortisol does to a shift. The training is what you do with it: play the tape forward, fill the emergency quad chart, name the coping mechanism, change the perception.

01

Physical

Sleep, movement, nutrition — the body that carries the rest.

02

Mental

Stimulus and response. Temporal awareness. Playing the tape forward.

03

Emotional

Coping mechanisms named, sorted and retrained.

04

Spiritual

Purpose, meaning and a personal creed.
